What is INMOTION Membership?
A loyalty program where customers earn points that can be redeemed for rewards. It’s our way of thanking you for your continued support.

How do I join?
Simply register for an account on our website. If you already have one, log in to activate your membership.

Is there a fee to join?
No, membership is completely free.

How do I cancel my membership?
Contact Customer Service at customers@imscv.com. Note that canceling will reset your points to zero.

Earning Points

How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent (excluding shipping, tax, insurance, gift cards). Points are also earned for other activities listed above.

Do points expire?
Yes, points are valid for 24 months.

When do points appear in my account?
Points are credited within 24 hours of completing eligible activities or when your order is fulfilled.

Redeeming Points

How do I redeem points?
Log in, choose a reward, and click “Redeem.” Once redeemed, points are not refundable.

Can I stack discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be used per order. Gift cards can be stacked.

Can rewards or points be converted into cash?
No, rewards and points have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Other

What happens if I cancel or return an order?
Points earned from that purchase will be deducted.

Can points be transferred?
No, points are tied to your account’s email address.
